Garlic Sauce

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Garlic Cloves Peeled
  • 2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 3 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil Can use any neutral oil
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel the garlic cloves.
  • Add salt and the garlic clothes to the food processor and process until it becomes a puree and smooth (about 1 minute).
  • While the food processor is running, drizzle in about 1/2 cup of oil and then pour in about a teaspoon of lemon juice.
  • Switch between adding some oil and some lemon juice until it is all added until it is emulsified and is similar to mayonnaise (about 10-15 minutes.
