Instructions
Peel the garlic cloves.
Add salt and the garlic clothes to the food processor and process until it becomes a puree and smooth (about 1 minute).
While the food processor is running, drizzle in about 1/2 cup of oil and then pour in about a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Switch between adding some oil and some lemon juice until it is all added until it is emulsified and is similar to mayonnaise (about 10-15 minutes.
